Silicone sheets in various basic forms and thicknesses are used in diverse applications. Siltec offers suitable components for medical technology, aviation, food and pharmaceuticals production, as well as other industries. Necessary conformities and individual requirements are reliably met.
If desired, the sheets are processed using water jet cutting or punching to realize even complex geometries. Using different production methods, small series as well as large series can be offered in a cost-effective manner. Upon request, you will receive a list of stocked silicone sheets that can be delivered at short notice.
Materials and Design Options
Silicone sheets can be offered in various Shore A hardness levels and with individual mechanical properties from LSR as well as from HTV material. Thicknesses between 0.25 mm and 120 mm are possible due to the use of different production methods. Our in-house compounding enables the coloring to be aligned precisely to the wishes of the customer.
