Silicone breathing tubes

Siltec is a long-lasting partner in the production of silicone respiratory tubes for the medical device sector. We manufacture breathing tubes that can be reused multiple times by reprocessing them with washer-disinfectors (WD) and steam sterilization. We offer our customer two medical ventilation tubes for clinical use and home care (e.g. CPAP therapy). In addition we offer a wide portfolio of customer-specific solutions.

Our breathing tubes meet every important quality requirements and excel especially with standard-compliant tensile and connection strength, dimensional and kink stability as well as flexibility. Our hot vulcanization method ensures a particularly strong bond amongst sockets, helix and basic hose. Furthermore a smooth inner wall facilitates cleaning, avoids dirt corners and reduces the flow resistance of the medical silicone tubes during ventilation.

We provide medical respiratory tubes in sizes for adults, children and on request for neonates. In addition, we can manufacture tubes for the use in animal health. Our offer targets resellers and manufacturers of breathing appliances and equipment.

Siltec offers two finished, certified silicon breathing tubes with VITASIL® und SPIRASIL®. Furthermore we configure and manufacture medical silicone respiratory tubes according to your individual needs.
