Applications and Products
Breathing tubes and respiratory masks
Breathing tubes must ensure the supply of oxygen even under the impact of elongation, torsion, and compression. To ensure reprocessing, the breathing tubes meet the general requirements for sanitation, disinfection, and sterilization. As an experienced partner, Siltec also provides heated breathing tubes as well as respiratory masks, prongs, and nasal cannulas for assisted respiration (CPAP – Continuous Positive Airway Pressure) upon request.
Tube systems and pump segment tubes
Tube systems are manufactured for a number of applications. Siltec manufactures pump segment tubes for roller pumps/ peristaltic pumps and other dispensing pumps, etc. In addition, we also manufacture tubes with single-lumen and multi-lumen.
Components for tracheostomy
In the field of tracheostomy, Siltec manufactures corresponding products, such as tracheostomy tubes with and without sieving. At the same time, stringent requirements for physical material properties as well as for precise dimensional tolerance are met.
Implants
Short-term implants are manufactured with a particularly high degree of diligence in accordance with relevant regulations.
Materials
Siltec offers materials that correspond to conventional pharmacopeia, such as USP Class VI and EP 3.1.9. In addition, parts of ISO 10993 can be fulfilled, e.g. regarding cytotoxicity. Siltec products are packaged in a controlled environment if required.
