The success of a company is largely determined by its employees. For this reason, Siltec continuously invests in continuous training and development of its employees. Thus, a management training has just been held again to further develop existing skills and learn new capabilities.
The management team spent two days in a conference hotel in the eastern Allgäu. There, an external coach imparted management management techniques for the team’s daily work asfor example, the importance of motives for the concrete behaviour of people. In addition, the managers learned the basics in coaching employees. These techniques were also immediately practiced in a field test. The participants practiced in small groups with subsequent feedback from the trainer. Thus, the team gained valuable experience for their daily work. The further training was rounded off by impulses for the daily project work.
And to strengthen the overall team spirit there was no shortage of fun either: The Siltec team completed a “trial course” at a sports facility for biathletes where they also learned how to “really set their sights on their goals”. The final relay competition contributed to the good atmosphere that was noticeable throughout the training.
